I'm doing something similar with my streams, loading requests from URLs and
I noticed that I had to have the file extension explicitly set in the URL
query. I wonder if the trailing part of your URL is fooling the decoder on
liquidsoap. Can you get rid of the trailing '?12345678' portion of the
query string? Might be what's causing the failure.
