I would find the ability to have lower latency useful.
I use liquidsoap to shift broadcast audio around between different
locations. This works very well but a reduction in latency would be useful -
the remote feed sometimes needs to hold a conversation with the studio and
the delay can cause issues.

With Airtime we found a bigger issue was leading and trailing silence on
the music files. By setting cue in and cue out points with Silan, we got
a much tighter-sounding output.
