Hi,

Yes, the fade.in operator use the "liq_fade_in" metadata in order to
determine the fade in time (and similarly for fade.out). You can
change the name of the metadata with the "override_duration"
parameter. Other high-level operators (such as smart_crossfade) are
programmed using fade.in / fade.out so they should also react to those
metadata.
