You can push streams to an icecast server. You are free to choose any mountpoint for these streams. Obviously you need permissions (a password) to push a stream. The above is not specific for liquidsoap, but for icecast in general. Or do you want to change the mountpoint during runtime? In this case you may want to take a look at "Interaction" in the documentation (http://liquidsoap.fm/doc-svn/reference.html). Or did I misunderstand your question?
