I'm not exactly sure where those logs come from but if you are using a ogg encoder, it will cut off a new track for each metadata. This is unfortunately a limitation of the ogg container, you need a new track to pass new metadata. The only alternative you have in this case is to remove all metadata from your stream before you pass it to the ogg encoder.
