I found the solution to start liquidsoap to startup

$ sudo raspi-config
Boot Options → Desktop / CLI → Console Autologin → Ok → reboot

$ sudo nano .bashrc

if [ $(tty) == /dev/tty1 ]; then
/etc/liquidsoap/radio.liq
fi
