Yes, liquidsoap 1.3.4 has been available since September.
I don't recall 1.3.4 introducing any breaking changes over 1.3.3.

I'm not sure as I haven't done so yet. You can possibly pin liquidsoap to 1.1.1
using opam and then use that with Centovacast but I'm not sure if/how this
would be supported by Centovacast
Given that Centovacast have already raised a priority report with their
development team, your best bet is probably to hold off on the update until you
hear back with a fix.
