I think the problem is that there is no PACKAGES file at
https://github.com/savonet/liquidsoap/releases/download/1.3.4/liquidsoap-1.3.4-full.tar.gz
then it gives error. Can you check that liquidsoap-1.3.4-full.tar.gz is
complete?
