Thanks, I’ve just added the line
```
set('decoder.mime_types.mad', ['audio/mpeg', 'audio/mpeg3', 'audio/mp3'])
```
to set the decoder mime types for `mad` but I’m still getting the same `Failed
to fetch mime-type` error message.
