some update:
the long file didn't play completely - it stopped after a three hours with
[switch_5:3] Switch to switch_4 with forgetful transition. and continued
onto the next tracks as if nothing happened.
also, it silently crashed at 3:30 PM - logging just stopped after
innocently preparing yet another track - no audio, no metadata, but the
process just sits there with 0% cpu. i tried to stop it gracefully but of
course it wouldn't listen, had to kill the hard way.
so as we see it still has bugs with long file playback and general
reliability... not mentioning the memory leaks.
