Additionally, is there some way I can say "Upon reloading the playlist, dump it 
to stdout"?

Perhaps if I provide a bit more information...

I am running liquidsoap in docker, and although it says it is reloading the 
playlist (the 'playlist' is a directory, and I have tried 'watch' and 'every 10 
minutes'), the original files seem to be the only ones playing.

So either it's not actually reloading (in which case, why?), or, it is having 
difficulty playing the files.

Because there is no "Playing" or "Attempting to play", I'm a little stuck on 
the debugging side of things.
