~/.sawfish/ is the directory sawfish uses for lots of things, hand edited user config goes in ~/.sawfishrc or ~/.sawfish/rc files (personally, I prefer the later, so everything is inside one place), and GUI based config is saved to ~/.sawfish/custom file. GSR
