in sawfish-config-1.9 branch, SawfishConfig features some new buttons,
from left to right:
"Browse Wiki" - Link to Sawfish Wiki
"Install theme:" - Install theme (currently only from *.tar*)
"Help" - Open Sawfish info
"Edit RC" - Open .sawfishrc or .sawfish/rc in editor. create
.sawfishrc if neither exists.
"Info" - display Sawfish's about-dialog
"Revert"
"Close"

More fancyness:
- added before-restart-hook
- Now if we exit Sawfish, SawfishConfig gets closed (configuration written).
- If we restart Sawfish while SawfishConfig is running, it gets
restarted, too.
