Hi sc-l,

The law has almost always lagged behind when it comes to omputer security, but
given current approaches to software architecture and software security, things
seem to be further behind than ever. I wrote about that in my latest
darkreading column:
http://www.darkreading.com/document.asp?doc_id=136128&WT.svl=column1_1

If you break a software system by meddling with code running on your own PC, is
that illegal?
