Thanks Jim for your suggestion.

I haven't tried yet the idea plugin, as I need a module (not a full 
project).

I've created a Run config, with the following options:

   - Do not deploy anything
   - Launch default activity
   - Before launch: external tool "sbt android:packageDebug android:run"

and it works, and I can debug in addition.  :-)
I've tried to use artifacts, but it doesn't appear to be useful.
