While we are at it, my experience shows that screenshots are much more 
helpful, maybe you could add smth like this in the readme as 
well? http://macroid.github.io/ScalaOnAndroid.html#the-android-sdk.

Overall I think everyone would benefit from a centralized definitive guide. 
I am collecting some resources on that page, but e.g. when it comes to 
plugins I just linked to your docs. So it’s kinda fragmented. Would anyone 
be interested in developing a single guide somewhere with all the steps 
covered?
