I use a local ivy repo, because it's just a HTTP server.

I hand roll the repo based on previous examples. It's not very hard.

If you want to have a look at an example:

  http://yum.zope.com/buildout/ivy/

There are several examples of apklibs.

Ideally, I'd (you'd) use a proper artifact repository, but this was
easier for me
to cobble together. :)
