Farm ID: 1977

I'm seeing this on a pretty consistent basis. Almost every time I terminate
this farm, all instances are terminated and then for some inexplicable
reason a new MySQL instance is started. The logs then show that instance
being terminated, and indeed the farm is listed as terminated and running
zero instances.but.that last spurious MySQL instance is actually still
running.

Here's events and notifications for the farm:

That MySQL instance (i-0d9eab64 above) continues to run until I manually
terminate it using ec2 tools, there's no way to terminate it from scalr.net.

Would like to get this corrected. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
