Hi,

One of your app instances (i-3xxxx745) is hanged - it does not respond
to any requests. nginx logs indicate this, as Igor stated previously.
I've temporary excluded it from the active upstreams list. You should
restart the hanged instance to fix it.

Also, your application shows MySQL 'Too many connections' error.
