Also, when creating a new volume it would be handy if you showed the
date of each snapshot in the list.  That way you would know that
you're getting the latest snap of a volume.

Along these same lines it would be really handy if you could associate
some sort of human readable 'name' to each volume and/or snapshot.
It's pretty tough to tell one volume from another with the volume
IDs.
