u use int-msyql-master.MYDOMAIN.com
<http://int-msyql-master.mydomain.com/>and replace the domain ONLY
with yours (mysql word stays as is for all
roles)

Regarding usernames and passwords - u manage ALL yourself. u get to start
with an empty db
