Nick, I can understand that Scalr sets up some files automatically.
Does it also remove files whose names are not in conflict with the Scalr generated file names? For instance, if a link is /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/somename.vhost - > /home/somename/somename.vhost, does the link get removed?
