I was running master-master with mysql-proxy in front before using scalr.

I need to dive into trying to create a MySQL master-master role, and
I'm wondering if anyone out there has already done this? One or more
master-masters act as slaves to each other, so a write on one results
in a write on the other just like with any slave (aka replication).
Each master can also replicate to their own pools of slaves.

My hope is to reuse as much of the current shared role's code as
possible, but if someone else has already done this there's no need to
re-invent the wheel. Anybody?
