The free Development plan at www.scalr.net (with Scalr 2.0) supports the Scalarizr, the phased out development.scalr.net (with Scalr 1.2) does not.
We migrated all the farms before the www.scalr.net upgrade, so if you are still using development.scalr.net, you'll have to start over.
