I've finished by installing sclar 2.2.1 on ubunutu 10.04 not 10.10. I downgraded to php 5.2.x using the following script http://harx.nl/component/content/article/2-linux/9-install-php-52-on-ubuntu-1004 Now it's ok and scalr works fine :)
