Hi Dick,

FTP access to App instances disabled by default.
If you want to use it, find a shared script named 'Install FTP' and execute
it with your own user/pwd.
The default virtual host document root is /var/www, but it is recommended to
create virtual hosts via Scalr UI for your domains.
