It might be a different issue for you, but anyways for the record: The files are under /app/src/LibWebta/library/NET/API/AWS/ class.AmazonEC2.php and the correct URL I have is: 'http://s3.amazonaws.com/ec2-downloads/2010-08-31.ec2.wsdl'.
