This has been discussed about 4 years ago so I'm opening a new
discussion. Github has grown to one of the biggest code sharing vault
and we should consider opening the code to others so we can all
participate and fork the code to make it suit our own needs.

As long as the scalr code is hidden behind a form it isn't true
opensource all changes and bugfixes get lost that people make
themselves because they have nowhere to send them to.

Another pro is that you can still keep track of the downloads and you
can even see what other people do with you code. Most likely being
more interesting that the info they put on the form.

I really hope you will consider this.
