Resolved my own issue, updated the following to 0 values, seems like it 
hung and did not update after the backups were completed.


mysql> select * from farm_role_settings where name like '%run%';
+-----+-------------+-----------------------+-------+
| id  | farm_roleid | name                  | value |
+-----+-------------+-----------------------+-------+
| 182 |           6 | mysql.isbcprunning    | 1     |
| 219 |           6 | mysql.isbundlerunning | 1     |
