Igor,

I was able to confirm that my cloudstack provider is indeed working. 
 According to another scalr discuss 
thread<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/scalr-discuss/mRQCQ2x8NSE>, 
you don't support Cloudstack 3.0 which is what my cloud provider is using.
