The only option I see for that is to Create role from a non-scalr server under the Servers menu, however, that will not take an existing server and place it in a farm, that will create an ami based on that image and then you can launch a server based on the ami that is created, however, the existing server is still left on it's own and does become a part of scalr management. There is no option to import from the Roles/Bundle menu. However, if there is some mechanism I'm missing I would like to hear about it.
