Hi Swapnil, Instance initialization process has nothing to do with RRD. I'd recommend you to ssh into this instance and check Scalarizr logs to see why it cannot initialize. Usually the problem is with Scalr general configuration (Scalr URL misconfigured) or security settings that deny connections between Scalarizr on the instance and Scalr on the server.
