Right. Logs will be there if Scalarizr service actually attempts to start, but as the server doesn't pass "Starting Scalarizr" phase it could be because of either Scalarizr startup errors (in this case you should look into logs) or Scalarizr not even attempting to start. In the latter case make sure Scalarizr is installed and set to start when server boots.
