Hi Swapnil, Are you using the correct key? If you're on linux, your command line should look like ssh *-i ~/.ssh/FARM-######-#######.region.pem* *root*@host-ip Otherwise, your SSH client could:
- Attempt logging in using the ~/.ssh/id_rsa keypair instead of the *farm keypair*. - Attempt logging in using your local username, which won't exist on the remote host and should instead be *root*. Could you make sure the private key and the username are properly set? If you're using Windows, you will need to do the same configuration, but it will depend on your client.
