I am using Openstack (devstack) and the open source Scalr 4.1 release. I have install openstack on one machine and scalr on a second machine on the same local network. I've made sure that the scalr url is accessible from the compute server. I get to Step 2 of the Import Server instructions and launch scalarizr on one of the openstack machine and at this point nothing happens for about an hour.
