Hi, I got an issue like that.
I have some farm configured to work inside VPC. I have there one role for router and one for custom role. Custom role configured to be always with 2 instance (no more/no less). Both instances has public EIP specified. Farm is started on, router is ok, first instance is ok, second instance is in Pending state for a while and at end it's added to the scalr, without EIP, only with local IP. Tried to change EIP, to exclude issue with indexes etc, no go, still the same issue. What could be wrong?
