Hi there,

1. To install on multiple hosts, you'll need to run the installer on 
multiple servers. However, you'll need to disable the cron jobs on all 
servers but one. 

2. Yes, using the --without-mysql flag when running scalr-manage configure 
(or by exporting CONFIGURE_OPTIONS="--without-mysql" prior to running 
install.sh)
