I didn't fix the issue. I even checked if the patch was applied and also, I
restarted scalr processes.

These are still some prices for Oregon region:

m1.large
m1.medium
m1.small
m1.xlarge
m2.2xlarge
m2.4xlarge
m2.xlarge
