This is not possible in the current version of the Scalr API, but has been
implemented in "APIv2", which is the upcoming new API for Scalr.

Are you currently using OSS Scalr? If so, you'll have to wait until the
next OSS Scalr release, but if you're using Hosted Scalr or Enterprise
Scalr, we'll be making announcements pretty soon regarding APIv2.
