1. Create your Farm and Save. 2. To to the RDS section of Scalr (click the Logo and pick RDS) 3. When creating the RDS, you will see the option "Associate this database instance with a Farm". Currently, RDS is not a part of the Farm. It is simply linked to the Farm, but still acts like a separate entity.
