I'm not clearly understand how scalr takes the scaling decisions, based on load average. For example, I have many servers in farm, and each of them have different values of load averages. How will be calculated the "resulting" value which will be considered by Scalr to take the scaling decision? Will it be the avg. value of load averages of all servers in farm ?
