Hi - I'm trying to setup a DateAndTime scaling rule using an America timezone. I add a schedule rule with a START/END TIME, DAYS of WEEK, and INSTANCES COUNT with Launch/Terminate. However, the associated instances do not terminate/launch - I've tested on various timezones, and start/end times but the rule does not get applied. I noticed the TIMEZONE is not set in the USER INTERFACE settings (I don't seem to have the ability to change this as the account is managed by another user). Does the USER INTERFACE timezone need to be set to get DateAndTime scaling rules to work?
