Thanks, I have seen that. Unfortunately it would not work for us. Our 
ServiceNow is handled by a different team and we are not able to modify 
that app. We can only make REST API calls to it. So there needs to be some 
middle app to receive the event and then make the call to Service Now and 
other apps/services.
