Regarding the issue you are encountering, it sounds like your OrchestrationRule object <https://api-explorer.scalr.com/definitions/O/OrchestrationRule.html> may not be defined correctly, resulting in the resource not found error. Take a look at our SpecificEventTrigger <https://api-explorer.scalr.com/definitions/S/SpecificEventTrigger.html> object definition to ensure that you are describing your custom event correctly.
