Hi Harry,

It sounds like this may be due to communication issues between Scalr and 
the Scalarizr agent.  Can you please ensure that you have followed all of 
the Required Networking Configuration 
<https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/Required+Network+Configuration+for+Scalr>
 
for Scalr?  If issues persist, a full copy of your logs will be useful for 
investigations.
