Hi Marc, thanks for the quick response. Editing the config, I realized I had gotten it backwards. I have scalr.instances_connection_policy = local, and scalr.openstack.instances_connection_policy = public. Oops!
We recently switched the AWS account that this environment is linked to, and the farm I'm testing with was created before the switch.
