Scalr community 5.11.22. Created the IAM policy and credentials per the wiki <https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/Amazon+EC2>. I've got another post about instances not launching in the correct AZ, but the instances that do launch correctly are not getting terminated on the AWS side when I bring the farm down. I'm seeing this behavior both when I terminate the farm directly and when I terminate servers individually. The log shows the server termination succeeding on the scalr side, but there's no corresponding API call in the API logs on the AWS side.
