Is there any way to find out the ID of a Team with the Open Source version of Scalr? All of the API calls under the Account API and Global API are not available with the Open Source version it seems so I was wondering how can I find out a team ID so I can use the Farms:Create call under the User API. It seems the create farm call won't work without a team ID.
