Hi Usha, This error indicates a syntax error in either your scalr-server.rb or your scalr-server-secrets.json. Azure config is supposed to be placed in scalr-server.rb, but the error text from your screenshot indicates the problem may be with your secrets file. Did you perhaps modify this file on accident? You will need to ensure that these files are properly formatted for reconfigure to complete successfully.
Also, just FYI in the future you should be copying the text out of your terminal rather than taking screenshots when communicating log entries. Screenshots of terminal are not an effective method for reviewing logs. Many thanks, Wm.
