This is a Formal Response to Formal Comment #453: The denotational semantics
The WG voted to retain the existing denotational semantics; dynamic-wind was added to it. The editors chose not to make a rigorous distinction between numbers and Scheme objects that represent them. The pointer to the Indiana repository has been replaced by pointers to schemers.org and library.readscheme.org. If you are dissatisfied with this Formal Response, please let us know.
